Serving all of Alabama
Web Design for Alabama Small Businesses
Where I work
Auburn-based, working across Alabama
I’m based in Auburn–Opelika, and that’s where most of my work is. It’s also where I can meet a client at their shop if that’s easier.
But nothing about building a good website requires being in the same county. Plenty of Alabama towns don’t have a local developer worth hiring, and the alternative is usually a national template service or an agency that treats a small business as a rounding error. If that’s the choice in front of you, I’m happy to be the third option.
To be clear about it: there’s one office, and it’s in Auburn. No branch locations, no local phone numbers pointing back to the same desk.
Closest to home
Auburn, Opelika, and the surrounding Lee County and East Alabama towns are the core service area:
- Auburn
- Opelika
- Smiths Station
- Phenix City
- Valley
- Lanett
- Notasulga
- Waverly
- Salem
- Beauregard
- Loachapoka
- Tuskegee
- Dadeville
- Camp Hill
Elsewhere in Alabama — Birmingham, Huntsville, Montgomery, Mobile, the Wiregrass, the Shoals, or a town of two thousand people — the work runs the same way, just over the phone instead of in person.
Who I work with
Small businesses that need the phone to ring
Contractors and trades
Electricians, plumbers, HVAC, roofers, and general contractors — businesses where a phone call is the sale.
Home service companies
Landscaping, pressure washing, cleaning, pest control, and the other services homeowners search for by area.
Professional services
Small offices and practices that need to look credible and make an appointment easy to request.
Owner-operated businesses
Companies where the owner answers the phone, and where being easy to reach is the whole competitive advantage.
The baseline
What an effective small-business website needs
- Services described the way customers actually search for them
- A layout that works properly on a phone, not just shrinks to fit
- A tappable phone number within reach on every screen
- Pages that load quickly on cell signal, not just office wifi
- A clear service area so people know whether you cover them
- Real photos and reviews that show the business is established
- A short quote form people are willing to finish
- Navigation simple enough that nobody has to think about it
Working together
You work with Parker Evans. That doesn’t change with distance.
The same person takes your first call, builds the site, and answers when you need something changed two years later. There’s nobody to be handed off to.
Statewide projects run on phone calls, email, and video when it helps. You review the real site on your own phone as it comes together, and send changes however is easiest for you.
One number
The same one, every time. No routing.
Quick replies
Most messages answered the same business day.
Live previews
Review the working site, not a picture of it.
Still here after
Support doesn't end at launch.

Parker Service Company is an electrical contractor in Opelika. The case study walks through what was built for them, and the reasoning behind each decision.
